If you make an appointment, you'll still end up waiting an hour and a half to be called back. So frustrating.
The worst staff and customer service. I was late by couple of minutes and they won't let me in. Their parking structure is so confusing and they didn't validate my parking ticket. I won't be coming to this place ever!
Good luck trying to get through the phone line and actually talk to a person. The lack of communication from the medical teams should be considered negligence and a crime. Horrible.
