The most unorganized, chaotic pediatric care I have ever seen. The system is so ineffective that specialists won’t see a kid unless many blood test and imaging done which is not acceptable, if a patient just want a consultation from specialist before start of many unnecessary work up, should be able to. Also when you go to get xray that doctor ordered, if you don’t get it same day, it get lost and you end up waiting many hours for the doctor to put it again! It’s an example of terrible management, playing with people life!
We’ve been coming to the Urology Department for about a year, and every visit has been outstanding. From check in to scheduling follow ups, this is by far the most efficiently run doctor’s office I’ve ever experienced. The entire staff is kind, professional, and wonderful with my young sons. I’m truly impressed and so grateful for the exceptional care we’ve received here. I know we are in great hands with Dr. Khoury and the wonderful team.
The level of incompetence this administration is at is astonishing. The employees at the front desk of CHOC center for Children’s Health, and their scheduling counterpart are so negligent that they forcibly turned us away from our appointments multiple times. Their lack of confirming our information for appointments, scheduled months in advance, can’t be matched.
