Omakase dining - left up to Chef Clark & his charming hostess EJ accorded wife & l an unforgettable 10 course (elegant) dinner. We were served an array of premium sashimi, nigiri, wagyu, and dessert. It was an exclusive session with seating for only 8, & reservations made 2 months ahead. A unique experience.
Excellent dining experience and atmosphere. Chef Clark prepared amazing food! He took so much care in preparing each dish. EJ also went above and beyond to make a wonderful experience. Food was exceptionally great quality and made with care. Highly recommend!

Incredible omakase experience. Fish and ingredient quality was superior. As good, if not better, than what we had at omakase restaurants in Japan. Chef Clark is clearly very skilled at his craft and our hostess EJ was very attentive and showed us such wonderful hospitality. The yuzu oil used throughout the meal was so fresh and fragrant.
