Love this place. Have been going there for several years and very much like them their service and I can see better. Are they the cheapest? No, but remember you get what you pay for and they are quality.
I've been going to Choate Eye Associates for quite a few years now and I highly recommend them to everyone. I thought I was having a great experience when I was going to a cheaper place but did not realize I had an eye condition that was not being treated. Thanks to Dr. Choate, my condition is being treated professionally. The staff has always been friendly and polite, I love the reminders, even if your appointment is on a Monday, you will get a reminder so you do not forget. I had a terrible experience here. The Dr made me wait almost an hour. I could tell it was close to lunch time, and when the doc came in he rushed me. He had a terrible attitude, however he made sure to tell me that the frames sold in his store were the best around. When I found out how overpriced the frames were (with insurance), I got my "perscription" and left. Dr choate did not even say thank you to me as he dashed out for lunch. I should have just gone to Walmart. It is cheaper, and the service is better.
