Five years ago they did a crown on my back molar. But the crown was weak and had a vertical fracture. I went back and asked them to inspect it. They said it would require a cleaning and four molar x-rays at the cost of around $150 since I am uninsured. After waiting for twenty minutes, an assistant began taking fifteen x-rays of my entire mouth. Did you notice a foul odor when you arrived at this provider's office? A little, it was faint but I noticed one Was it clear that this provider takes pride in the appearance of his/her office? Was there annoying music playing while you waited or during your visit? No, if they had music on it was very soothing Did this provider use excessive foul language? Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous! Did this provider answer all of your questions? Every question I had was answered thoroughly Did this provider ever dismiss your concerns as unimportant? Never, they go out of their way to address every concern of mine immediately
