Friendly technicians and fair prices. 2-3 times coming here. Broke a nail after a week of getting them done. I went back they fixed my nail free of charge. Worth coming back multiple times.

I called yesterday (9/10) to check if it was possible for me to use an expired gift card of $23. The lady I spoke with said if I came yesterday, they would honor it. I explained I had my children yesterday and couldn’t come until this morning (9/11). I called when they opened to verify AGAIN that the gift card could be used. They said yes, I drove 25 minutes to get here and asked AGAIN when I came in. Still, yes I could use it. I got a pedicure and my eyebrows done. Never have enough people on Saturdays. Three people today. Waited quite awhile before I walked out. The salon was full with very little help
Another salon put a full set on my daughter yesterday. They looked terrible and not even close to what she asked for. She’s 12, and they were so rough. So, I took her to Kim at Chloe to fix them. She was so gentle, listened to what she wanted, gave her plenty of options to choose from and made her feel like she was in charge. She ended up drawing a beautiful heart exactly how she wanted. We won’t be going anywhere else!
AMAZING experience! i had recently went to a different nail salon and have never been so dissatisfied. 1) they gave me a price before they started & then ran it up 15$. 2) my nails were supposed to be coffin and came out all different shapes. 3) they cut me several times with the drill. i went to Chloe Nails and the lady redid my nails perfectly for an amazing price!! 10/10 recommend and i will be going back!
I love chloe's but the last few times I've gone I have been disappointed. I get the dipping done and it always last long but these last few times they aren't even lasting a week. I have one that has broken and one thats going to crack soon. Does anyone if they have a policy to where they fix the problem? I love going here but hate that my nails aren't lasting as long as I know they can.
