Salon got new owners. I got a regular gel fill, however I wanted to add chrome on top the lady charged me an extra 20$ for chrome which is absurd. My normal salon that I go to is a 5$ charge, so my gel fill costed 70$ which I think is extremely expensive for a fill not even a new set. I will not be going back again.
Fantastic, efficient service, especially for the price! Great quality and they were efficient without rushing anything or doing a sloppy job. I paid $29 (cash) for a pedicure with a short massage! The staff is friendly and welcoming, so glad I found this place. This will definitely be replacing my old go-to nail salon :)
Billiards Manicure
I have been a customer or chloe nails for at least two years and have always gotten excellent service. Since the new owners WINNER NAIL SPA have come customer service is lacking and they have no gratitude for long standing chloe nail relationships they inherited! I’ve been coming to this salon religiously every 2–3 weeks since 2021, and it used to be my go-to spot. Ever since the new ownership took over, the experience has gone downhill. They got rid of Jenny who was absolutely amazing and made every visit feel personal and now the overall vibe has changed for the worse.
