I have been holding off giving a review because, I feel for the most part, I am satisfied with the service and the outcome. However, yesterday I did not get a good manicure (I go here about 3 times a year). I asked if I could get a nude cat eye and after they discussed it among themselves I was told they could not do it (right before applying the color) so I had to settle for the first color I saw. Horrible horrible horrible, coming from a background of nails myself the service here was horrific! I came here because it was close to home and I saw they had over 4 star reviews. But these reviews are false! The techs refuse to listen to your needs and completely disregard your concerns with how your nails look: I told my tech 4 times to please fix the gel polish on my toe she assured me she’d do it and didn’t.
