I got permanent eyeliner done here and she botched me. The eyeliner is not symmetrical and looks terrible. When I tried to book an appointment for them to fix it I just got the "run around". Cashmir was driving in her car when I called and she told me to send pics. I sent pics and no one ever followed up with me so I called back. Caitlin is beyond amazing! She has been doing my brows for years and I’m extremely happy and relieved that she is back in Colorado Springs!
