My child started developing severe panic attacks every day before school. I spoke with my child's CHKD pediatrician, and they recommended we see a mental health provider within the CHKD network. We thought we would only be on the waitlist for at most 6 months. So we decided to use an online telehealth mental health provider site while we waited an entire year!! Been trying to get my daughter assistance for months now. They are so rude and unprofessional. Please don’t go here. They don’t care about your children. This place shouldn’t even be in business. Disgusted with the service I’ve received so far.
Absolutely horrible. You have to harass them just to get a prescription filled. They say they will return your calls but never do. It should not take 7 days to refill a prescription. They NEVER answer their phones either, it’s truly sad that my child has to suffer at the hands of their unprofessionalism. Do NOT bring your child here.
The staff is unprofessional to say the least. They leave messages without says their name ,what department they’re calling from, or what it’s in reference to.Just a number to the main operating system. When you reach someone their sound annoyed or like they just woke up, they give out the wrong information. It’s frustrating as a parent when your child needs care and these are the people you have to deal with
