The staff is unprofessional to say the least. They leave messages without says their name ,what department they’re calling from, or what it’s in reference to.Just a number to the main operating system. When you reach someone their sound annoyed or like they just woke up, they give out the wrong information. It’s frustrating as a parent when your child needs care and these are the people you have to deal with
I went to CHKD’s neurology and saw 4 different neurologists there (because no one else near me accepts teenagers) and they all claimed my nonepileptic seizures, migraines, and other neurological problems were solely because of my mental health issues. I was then sent from my physician to CHKD’s ER because I was having trouble walking and my neurological exam was abnormal, they ran tests and told me they had no idea what was wrong with me and referred me back to CHKD neurology, where they refused to see me because they said I... read more

If I can rate no stars I would !! Tonight I’ve completely made the decision . I will never be returning . We had a sleep study test to attend lastnight and it will be the last . We arrived at 7 started getting settled in the room and the tech HEATHER comes to talk to me and she immediately noticed my child stand in the hard couch parents have to sleep on .
