I came in for a constant nightly itching problem. Doctor crandley did not recommend or offer any sort of dermatology products and talked about it for 15 seconds, then made the rest of the appointment how “she wasn’t okay with my weight” she suggested therapy, eating more mac and cheese, and blood work because of my weight(seeing that I just had 7 viles of blood test 7 months before that and all came back good.) this by far the WORST customer service I had ever received. My son was referred here for therapy I get told my appointment is at 10:25 I even have a txt message stating my appointment time I show up 15 mins before my appointment since he is a new patient at this location & it’s 10:40ish and I get told my appointment is at 10:45 very unprofessional the front desk lady ( brown/light skinned) one seen like she does not like her job she was very rude over the phone she didn’t even state her name all she said was “ chkd therapy” ... read more
