My son had an appointment today at the Kempsville location, AMAZING staff, from start to finish this team went above and beyond! The providers were very helpful in explaining things to me, very kind and understanding. Thank you to this team for making a very stressful situation so pleasant!

Terrible terrible office! I will no longer be using any sort of pediatric care here. Huge red flag is when the doctor and I agreed on only 2 vaccines rather than 7 at his 2 month appointment. Yes 7 vaccines! The doctor agreed on the 2 and then nurse comes to administer the shot and I happen to ask her what vaccines is this?She tells me its the 7 different vaccines. If I hadn't caught that my baby would have gotten 7 shots in his little body at 2 months old. I don’t even like taking my child here because they want to constant... read more
