I’m not even sure how this place is still accepting patients. Nobody has any clue what they’re doing in this office. I was referred almost 2 years ago by my son’s pediatrician, I filled out all required paperwork and had it sent off via post mail. Over 8 months go by and I hadn’t received any call, come to find out, they never “received” my paperwork even though they already had my sons information in the system. Took my son here, didn't want to diagnose him since he was considered too young at this point. His second appointment, Dr. Atwood told me he has ADHD and that it was discussed in my previous appointment that he had it ( mind you i was told at his first appointment because of his age they did not want to diagnosed him). So that was a lie. They prescribed my son with the medication Guanfacine for ADHD. I could not make the followup appointment because my job did not approve for my time off for that day. This place is terrible appointment are hard to get and when you finally do get one they cancel on you last minute. I have had 3 appointment canceled on me already….
Getting an appointment is so hard. And then when you get one they refuse to fill out much needed paperwork for your child! Absolutely unacceptable and unprofessional. If I could give zero stars I would!
I have waited forever for testing for my child. Her actually getting help from her school depended on this. Funny no support from the school and now this.They tell me I didn’t complete the forms sent in the email, I have screen shots of all three and all three saying completed. Sent me a text reminder about the appointment, I call and Jennifer Fitzgeralds nurse or whoever tells me it’s canceled because I didn’t complete the forms.
