I had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Blackard yesterday. She was very helpful in diagnosing my 3 year old son. I enjoyed our conversation as she was very knowledgeable. Her bedside manner was warm and genuine. My son really liked Dr. Blackard and her colleague! The front desk was also very helpful and attentive. I’m not sure why this place has so many bad reviews! I will be coming here again. I am thankful for her service to children in this area.
My child was dismissed from the practice for missing 2 appointments that I cancelled way ahead of time due to unforeseen circumstances; one included our insurance lapsing. They have no understanding that unforeseen circumstances happen that I can’t control. It’s probably for the best seeing though it has 1.2 stars. Sad.
incompetent doctors
Extremely rude and poor customer service. I cancelled my son's appointment in July and tried to reschedule. I was told he would have to go on a waiting list and would be looking at January. I was told by his PCP to call back yesterday to get him scheduled only to be told by the staff that he was still on the waiting list and now the schedule is in February going into March. This is an extremely unprofessional establishment. The people at the front desk are rude, inconsiderate, and straight up hostile. My son’s appointment I had been waiting for over 90 days was randomly cancelled and moved to another day due to the provider being unavailable. I couldn’t make it to the day they rescheduled for so they wanted to put me back on the waiting list to wait another 90 days for their scheduling error.
