Lisa did the alterations on my wedding dress (I wore my moms) which involved some major redesign, and everything turned out perfect. She knew exactly what I was looking for and was able to do it for me with plenty of time left before my wedding. I highly recommend.
Lisa was beyond helpful when I went in today to find my perfect wedding gown. With the wedding only 3 months away I knew I was pressed for time and needed a gown in extra length because I am very tall! Lisa assured me that I didn't need to worry and she would be able to alter any dress in the store to fit my length. They have a HUGE sale section and my dress was 50% off because it is discontinued and in perfect condition. This place SAVED my wedding! I ordered a dress online (big mistake) and it was just the worst thing I've ever seen. My mom then took me here because she knew that they carried the dress that I actually wanted but didn't want to spend all the money on it. My mom talked to them, explained the tragedy of my online dress, and they ended up giving mom a sample of my dress for half the price! It was the best thing ever!
I came in this afternoon to look at bridesmaid dresses. They have pretty much all Alfred Angelo dresses in stock and we had great customer service. Also, I left my purse here and didn't realize it until an hour later. I called the store and was told no worries, they had it. I picked it up shortly afterwards and everything (including my cash) was safe and sound. Many thanks to the two awesome, honest ladies who worked here today!
I had my wedding dress altered here and was very pleased with the results.
I went in to try on some dresses, didnt have an appointment and walked in 20 min before they closed but the lady working there didnt mind helping me and letting me try on a couple of dresses. She was very helpful and wasnt pushy at all.
They don't like to tell the true – The owner is a nice lady. On wednesday morning, I went to her place to order a dress from Alfred Angelo. She called the company, the dress will be ready on Friday. TERRIBLE NEVR USE THEM!!!!!!!!!!! – I had ordered a dress by Maggie Sottero called the Harriet. When I went to pick up the dress it did not look like the dress I tried on when I purchased it. It was not the dress at all it had a toll on it instead of the organza it was suppose to be, I ordered sleeves to be added on because my church doesn't allow no sleeves and one side was longer than the other when I tried it on than it was the wrong size and she told me if I lost 30lbs it would fit better.
