Excellent service when I bought my wedding dress here. Brought it down from a size 22 to 1 1/2 without issue and beautifully when the dressmaker no longer sold that dress and it was the last one. Lisa also altered my maid of honors dress even though it wasn't purchased there and did amazing work as well. Will definitely be recommending her tailoring services to others and coming back.

So far I am very happy with the customer service and work at Chiyo's. Assuming everything turns out well on the next Jacket, I plan on taking all of my alterations here in the future. Very nice staff and very affordable!

I started going to Chiyo's Bridal to get a couple of alterations and repairs done to a Sport Coat I purchased based on the recommendation of a sales associate at JCPenny. So far my experience has been really great!

Lisa was able to do the repair on the Sport Coat seam and a couple of buttons in just under 24 hours and everything turned out great. When I went in to pick it up the next day I brought another Sport Coat in to have the sides taken in the sleeves shortened just a bit. She was very helpful with getting everything marked up and ready for the alteration (took less than 5 minutes) and when I was getting ready to pay for the previous work she had done she told me not to worry about it and that she appreciated the business!

I took my suit jacket for sleeves alterations, and I'm happy with Lisa's work. She took her time to measure and explain what needed to be done, and the final work was good. Their pricing is also very good. I would definitely take my suits and jackets to them again. I highly recommend Chiyo's Bridal.

If you want to skip the fancy bridal shops and get a dress for less, this place works well. The ladies are very nice and they even remembered who I was!

This dress store is a small store, but was perfect because I didnt feel rushed to only have a two hour appt. time. The dress i ordered i wanted altered significantly and another shop i went to with the same dress said they couldnt do it. Chiyos said no problem and they altered it to exactly how i wanted. It seemed like they really cared about what i wanted and i wasnt just another appointment. The seamstress was fabulous too!!

This boutique is wonderful! They have tons of dresses and no appointment necessary! They go out of their way to make sure everything is perfect!
