Did you spend a lot of time in the waiting room at this provider's office? I waited forever for my appointment! Does this provider ever overbook appointments here? All the time! the waiting rooms are always packed and It seems as if they are more concerned about quantity over quality Does this provider treat their staff well? Not at all. I felt terrible for all the staff members

Every time I come here I feel so unwelcome as soon as I enter the door. They can never seem to remember my name when I first arrive and always forget it throughout my appointment. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. I was hoping that they would be sympathetic to my situation and understand where I was coming from. Yes Has this provider ever cancelled your appointment on you last minute? No, they didn't cancel on me last minute Was this provider's office easy to locate? Fairly Easy Did this provider leave you unattended for an extended period of time? I was left alone for a while, but it wasn't too long

Every question I had was answered thoroughly Did they follow up with you after your appointment? Yes, they made sure I had everything I needed! Does this provider treat every client equally? Yes, they don't show favoritism
