Did you spend a lot of time in the waiting room at this provider's office? I waited forever for my appointment! Did this neurologist answer all of your questions? Yes Did this provider seem irritated to be working with you? No, they were polite Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call? I usually have to wait on hold for quite a while, but not as long as some other places Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? Yes

Is this business in a safe neighborhood? Yes, it was in a safe enough neighborhood Were you able to get answers to simple questions from this provider without scheduling an appointment? Not at all! I had to schedule an appointment for absolutely everything! Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns? He is one if the worst Dr.s I have ever seen. He is very rude and yells at you if you ask a question. Long wait...never again.

Is this provider easy to reach in an emergency? No. It took me several times to get through. Does this provider ever overbook appointments here? Sometimes, they should allow for more time in between appointments Was the waiting area spacious? No, it was rather cramped Was this neurologist friendly? Yes Does this provider remember you by name? No, and they don't make an effort to even try

Did this provider prominently display their diplomas or business license? No, I never saw one Were you able to relax during your appointment? No, I had to leave I was so distressed Was this provider sympathetic to your situation? Not at all. It was obvious they didn't care about me Was this provider's office too cold? No, it was fine Is this provider's business conveniently located? Yes, it is very conveniently located

I was very disappointed with my visit to this Doctor's office. I waited in the waiting room for 50 minutes then was moved to an examination room where I waiting almost two hours before deciding to just leave without seeing the Doctor. I realize it's common practice for patients to wait to see a busy Dr. I'm fine with an hour wait but when it's approaching three hours for a morning appointment then I believe that is too much.

The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. You could tell that they cleaned them regularly. The wait was absolutely ridiculous. It messed up my entire day. I don't think they he was very experienced or well-trained. The Dr. was a smart butt when we complained about the wait time. He said he had other sick pt's too. He really needs to consider spacing out the pt's more if this happens everyday. They were cold and not friendly to me during my appointment and I don't think being a little more polite... read more

Does this provider always take that extra step to make you feel special? No, I don't think they appreciate my loyalty Was this provider's office easy to locate? Fairly Easy Was there annoying music playing while you waited or during your visit? Yes, but it didn't bother me much Did this provider seem up-to-date with the current advancements in their field? No, they could have used some continuing education Did this provider listen to your input and concerns? Definitely not! I was constantly interrupted or cut off!
