This company has been consistently and reliably a personal disappointment and challenge to deal with in most ways. Unprofessional, insulting and arrogant are all applicable when dealing with the featured the cult of personality of the featured personality and his administrative staff. I have severed all business ties to them and am to be done with this questionable lot.
Great information but each time you attend a seminar they sell you the exact information again for hundreds of dollars. When I brought it to their attention they claim it is updated and they will give you a discount on the new information. We have three sets of the exact information on big heavy books that could have been done digitally and easily updated with us having all these books taking up space. This was not helping churches. It really felt like a money making scheme that preyed on churches.
