I’ve had a wonderful experience with Dr. Safajou and the entire team. They’ve been supportive, professional, and attentive throughout my pregnancy. I always felt heard and well cared for during every visit. I truly appreciate their patience, kindness, and dedication. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and compassionate OB-GYN!
I have been going to her for years. She is like how doctors use to be, you don’t feel like your on a time limit with the doctor staring at a computer asking you two questions and then running out the door. She takes her time with you explains things asks if you have any questions and then actually listens to you. Does it mean that at times she runs a little late yes but I would rather wait for a good caring doctor then be looked at as a part of the number in a big group that gets pushed through quickly to get their money
Although I realize that sometimes things happen out of your control & that appts may have to be rescheduled, I find it incredibly rude & unacceptable to cancel 3 hours prior to an appt & not to have spots to fit people back in who’ve been waiting. I have been on top of my appts for the past 10 years since I had cervical adenocarcinoma & I don’t like to go more than 1 year between my next exam bc I want to stay on top of my health. I was 6 weeks pregnant and two of my appointments with Chista had gotten cancelled due to no fault of my own. I said to the receptionist - this is my first pregnancy I am 7 weeks now and I still haven’t even received a food list so I don’t know what I should be staying away from. Dr. Safajou was very professional and caring. She asked questions and listened to me. She explained everything she was doing and thoroughly went over my test results. I was very pleased that my Primary Doctor recommended her. I completely trust her and believe that she truly cares about her patients. I highly recommend her. Her staff was also very pleasant and helpful.
