Although I realize that sometimes things happen out of your control & that appts may have to be rescheduled, I find it incredibly rude & unacceptable to cancel 3 hours prior to an appt & not to have spots to fit people back in who’ve been waiting. I was 6 weeks pregnant and two of my appointments with Chista had gotten cancelled due to no fault of my own. I said to the receptionist - this is my first pregnancy I am 7 weeks now and I still haven’t even received a food list so I don’t know what I should be staying away from. Great Obgyn, took care of of my second pregnancy. Made me feel at ease. Would recommend.
Dr. Safajou was very professional and caring. She asked questions and listened to me. She explained everything she was doing and thoroughly went over my test results. I was very pleased that my Primary Doctor recommended her. I completely trust her and believe that she truly cares about her patients. I highly recommend her. Her staff was also very pleasant and helpful.
The staff is so friendly and make you feel at ease
Dr. Safajou has a wonderful bedside manner. She goes over your medical history and any concerns that you may have. I trust her professionalism and expertise.
This was the worst doctors appointment I've ever had. The doctor began the appointment questioning if my current (chronic) medical situation as if it was illegitimate. She stated "who told you you have these conditions?, this only matters if you have AIDs" . She then asked me, "what are all of these issues going to mean for your pregnancy?", as if we were the ones who know that answer. She’s an amazing doctor. She is very thorough and her staff is always very kind. She’s about an hour drive from me and it’s worth the drive!
