The new management or a company that owns these buildings now is terrible i think it's managed by C-Star mangament now but already dealing with bugs that ive been fighting with for years now and they make you pay for every little single thing that breaks in fhe apartment. Holding tenants financially liable for most all maintenance of the property, down to and including requesting tenets to buy new blinds or be fined, is poor form and bad business. As a company, if you desire a cosmetic revamp, then the cost is on you. That is a want for the company, therefore not the tenets financial responsibility. The new people who bought this place keep rasing the rent its went up twice in 2 years. Also they are wanting 850for a 3 bedroom apartment, but the thing is every appartment has so many roaches I have fought with this for over 3 years now and just done and now they have rats and all they do is half ass spray once a month. You can get a house for 900 or more. Why would anyone pay 850 to live with rats and roaches. This lease is up in 4 or so months I can not wait to leave this place. I am very happy the old Manger is gone, she was horrible and very hateful. The new manager is very nice and seems to want to make a difference. Guess what she comes to work everyday. She has been here almost a two weeks and she has kept her word.

Neighbors could be better and management could listen to both sides of the story instead of one. They seem to only listen to the residents who have been there the longest only and pays people to spy on other residents “to make sure their doing what their supposed to”
