Went there this morning to pick up my dog and was complaining about the way they cut my dog last week when i took her there to get fixed when i asked why the cut was so long they said you get what you pay for it was low cost day should that really make a difference and besides that when i was talking to the 2 girls they were pre occupide with who knows what customer service has really went down the toilet in the last 20-30 yrs that was my last visit i will drive to kyle from now on where they still know how to treat people a... read more
What a great clinic and atmosphere! From the time we dropped off our fur baby to the time we picked her up we were taken absolute care of by all the staff that was involved in her care. Everyone was very kind and helpful in our experience. Dr. Behrend is an amazing and talented veterinarian!! When our GWP visited for a spay, her closure and incision site was beautiful and healed so nicely that you would never know she's had a procedure. I found this clinic when I had an emergency with my pig. They were fantastic - very flexible and able to get me right in - I had called 8 other clinics before I was given their number. Dr. Montgomery was great - he was very honest and straight forward with his prognosis, which I really appreciated, and I felt gave me his genuine opinion on how to move forward. Sebby didn't make it but I am grateful that the clinic that took him in was able to provide a good experience despite the outcome.
Love the staff & how they treat our Beagle Baylor. Wouldn't think of going anywhere else!
