I have been going to Chisholm trail for several years. The staff has always been friendly and helpful. The doctors have always taken great care of our pets and "found" animals. I drive from kyle to take my pets here and it is worth it.

My horse might be in metabolic crisis and my mobile vet is out of town. I just need vials to draw blood into and then can drive them out of town to my equine vet. They refuse to give me the vials, though I worked as a vet tech and my vet requested them. This involves no risk to the horse, is not administering meds or anything. I'm very disappointed in the lack of consideration. I offered to pay and explained the importance. I work in a hospital and cannot miss my shift. My horse will not receive the needed tests now.
