They always do a great job making Colt feel comfortable and safe. They are patient and they take their time and make sure he understands what he’s being tested for and what he is to do.

Short waits, easy to schedule appointments, never had issues with billing or being rushed. I wouldn't say they provide a ton of information at our baby visits, so this place is probably more for for laid back or low needs families.

We were with CTP in Round Rock previously and moved to the Liberty Hill location 3 years ago now and still love the service style they provide. Would recommend always!

Unfortunately I received the wrong appointment time booked over a month in advance and show up at the time that was communicated and was told I had to wait a month after taking all the time a effort to switch over to this pediatrician. We received no reminders and The front desk was highly unprofessional and said sorry not sure we can rebook in a month. Not to mention they never sent me a link to get them registered so had to call a week prior to have it resent to then be told the wrong time again. Unprofessional team should... read more
