After a well child appointment that was supposed to be completely covered (100%) by my insurance I got a billing statement from this provider office. I called my insurance and was told that the charge was denied, because the provider office billed for "Diagnostic Services" that are performed for 2 and under y.o. babies. Since my child was 9 y.o., insurance denied the charge.
