Great company. I have used them for 13 years. Always prompt and know what they are doing. Just had a major problem and Josh worked overtime to get it solved. He's the best in the business. However, they have never sent out a bad tech.
If you are looking for an HVAC repair company DO NOT repeat DO NOT use Chisholm. 3 years in a row same problem heat goes out Mid cycle to blow out cold air it was 65 this morning now it's 61 in 22 min. I call for service the can't fix the problem unless the see what is happening. It either happens at 6am or in the evening. I call this morning and the service tech can't get to my house for 1 1/2 hrs. I told him that the problem will not be happening at that time and there is no point in coming out. Tyler from Chisholm service came to service my air today. He was very professional, friendly, and efficient. He explained (in terms I could understand) what he was doing, what he found , and how it was fixed. And he was in and out in less than 1 hour!! Great service!!!
