Chris from Chisholm was on time and very knowledgeable. As a homeowner the hard part is the unknown of the scope of work. He laid it out plainly and in a way that I could understand. He then followed up with doing exactly what he said he was going to do (which is rare these days). He answered question after question with patience and the price he gave was the price we paid. Chris, Robert and all the guys installed a new unit today and did a fantastic job. We had 1 of our 2 air conditioners stop working. I noticed it at 5:30pm when I went to lower the A/C and saw that the temperature panel was completely blank and the unit was not running. We called Chisholm immediately & were scheduled for an appointment the next day. Clark the technician called in advance to let us know he was on is way and arrived during the scheduled 2 hr window.
