I had an excellent experience with Clark when he came to inspect my air conditioning unit. He was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to thoroughly explain everything in a way that was easy to understand. The technician, Chris, arrived within the alotted time. He was friendly, and did a very thorough inspection of my unit. He then cleaned it and did some small repairs. He then gave me a detailed report of his findings, and recommendations. Giving me time to consider and discuss the information with my family, he finished up the outside cleanup then checked back with me to go over my decision. He left his card in case I needed to call, and departed.
The check valve on my pump was broken. The technician, Chris, was great! He was super friendly and it was nice that the company does free quotes. However, they quoted me for an $18,889 repair! So I just pulled the pump myself and fixed it with a new check valve for under $100 dollars. I know the company has high standards, but to charge nearly 19k for a quick fix is a little wild
I called for an appointment for a plumber to take a look at my leaking toilet. I was greatly surprised to get the appointment, estimate and repair the same day that I called. Chris, the technician, was on time, knowledgeable, courteous, and expedient. There was a small issue, the bolt caps were loose because they were short. Chris came back and replaced them with longer ones. All in all, it was a great experience. The price was within the range I had expected. I am very satisfied with the product and services I received.
