Changing my review!! I would do 0 STARS if I could. This place is a dumb I can’t get out fast enough. I pay too much money for this place to not have staff to help in the office there is NO MANAGER AND NO MAINTENANCE MANAGER THE POOL HAS BEEN GREEN OVER A WEEK. Come see for yourself!! Don’t move here!! It’s always excuses
This place has gone downhill fast. I’m not sure what changed, but it’s not the same anymore. The pool is literally green, past resident events have been canceled last-minute (which is absurd), and there’s dog waste everywhere with no accountability. I’ve been asking for weeks to get my water filter changed with no response. And if I want to break my lease, they want to charge me $6,000—completely ridiculous. Moved in recently and on move in date the carpet was so wet still. I couldn’t put anything in the room and the carpet is hard. Also they told me I would have to move in at 5:00pm so the apartment could be cleaned. It was not cleaned other than them trying to clean the carpet. There are also ants in the bedroom 🤦♂️ . Four days later they send a cleaning lady but my stuff was everywhere, because I had to move in.
Hey my experience living here has actually been kind of crazy. One thing I noticed instantly was bugs was in my kitchen so I immediately told maintenance which the first time they came. Fast Forward to last month I was out of town for 2 months and finally came back home and the first thing I see is 3 bugs dead in my bathroom. I tried to get maintenance to come and exterminate any bugs in my house and I even took a day off work because I couldn’t bear to deal with this any longer. However, no one came to exterminate. Hallways need to be cleaned and trash removed. It's gross people just leave trash outside their door all day, which leads to roaches and other bugs.
