While I didn't move in, I i quired about different floor plans and the myriad of ammenities for different scenarios I would have and want to livw in. They're so nice! I planned on moving in a few months, yet they still took down my information, called back to see if I still was interested [which I am], and made an appointment at different intervals to check on whether kr not I'd still want the same type of floor plan.
My husband and I loved this place when we first moved in, until hella roaches started ambushing us every time we open a cabinet or pantry door. The islander, dishwasher, stove and Refrigerator NEEDS to be removed for the next resident the. When we open the front door roaches be all right there. This very trifling and they sent pest control company but tbh that didn’t do anything. Maybe burn the building and start from scratch idk but we paid too much here for us to be living with uninvited guests
Save your money, your time, and your dignity — this place is a joke. The entire office staff is new and completely unprofessional. It’s like no one knows what they’re doing, and trying to get a straight answer is impossible. Why ask if maintenance is allowed to enter when nobody is home. If you're just going to enter anyways? We put in a maintenance request, and then 2-4 weeks later, a couple of random guys will just enter your home. No knock, no call, just unlock the door and walk in Hallways need to be cleaned and trash removed. It's gross people just leave trash outside their door all day, which leads to roaches and other bugs.
