Upon referral from a good friend, after only 5 visits over the course of two and a half weeks, Dr. Kaycie Hartley (Chiropractor) has helped resolve my “stiff neck” syndrome. Waste of time and money.I went here twice while I was pregnant and it was pretty good the first time....but the second time was ridiculous. The front desk messed up my appointment and blamed it on it being a new month...which was a pitiful excuse. They didn't even apologize. Since they messed that up, I had to wait a little over an hour to even be seen. And the lady who called me back was unprofessional and rude; didn't give me eye contact or say my name. Incompetent liars!!! I did everything required to have my xrays sent from my previous Chiropractor and Dr Plante lies to my face when she told me she was sitting next the the girl when she told me on the phone that she was not able to get them. An outright lie. I would never trust her. So dishonest!!!!
I was recently treated by Dr. Kaycie Hartley and she did an amazing job! She was knowledgeable, professional, and a joy to be around. She helped my neck pain and my low back, which have been thrown out of whack thanks to pregnancy. I have no problem referring her and I plan to use her again when this pregnancy inevitably causes some more pain.
Today I went into ChiropracticUSA for my first adjustment with Dr. Kaycie Hartley. I'm generally a person who is wound pretty tight, meaning I carry a lot of my stress in my shoulders. Dr. Hartley was able to give me a "super-adjustment". What's a "super-adjustment," you might ask yourself?
