I first met Damien several years ago when I was in deep pain with my shoulder. Over a series of regular appointments, Damien got my shoulder working again. Damien knows his stuff. I've never had the same massage twice. He listens to me at each appointment and will massage according to what it needed. He is always punctual. I continue to see Damien on a regular basis. I find it helpful to be able to book online.

Clairemarie was friendly, warm and welcoming. Clairemarie took the time to explain each step, asked lots of questions before any adjustments were done, and made me feel safe and trusting. 5/5! The radiologist who performed X-rays after said that everyone who is referred to them who has seen Clairemarie raves about how brilliant she is! Today was my first visit and I will definitely be back, thank you ☺️

Damien is an excellent remedial therapist, he explains why you feel the pain based on how you've exercised which helps significantly in helping you 'maintain'' your fitness and body because you get a remedial massage before it gets to an injury or seriously painful point.
