Mary Ann and the other staff members have made our family members feel incredibly welcome and safe. Everything is thoroughly explained by all the staff before it is completed. I went in after a fall and got a more thorough diagnosis than I had in the ER, for which I'm grateful. Dr. K. decided to run x-rays and determined I had a fractured vertebrae. I am a chiropractor myself, and I was able to spend a little bit of time with Dr. Krasnov. The few patient encounters I observed demonstrated Dr. Krasnov's knowledge of the human body, chiropractic care, and how to effectively treat his patients' complaints. I would trust my patients with him. This is an impressive office with outstanding staff!
He gets right to the problem! A little sore today, but better as the day goes on!
