Does this provider always put the customer first? Absolutely! They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen Was this provider late to your appointments? No, they were on time Did this provider seem irritated to be working with you? Not at all, they were glad to help me with anything I needed Does this provider have helpful information available online? Yes

Was this provider's staff friendly? Yes, they went above and beyond Did this provider seem well-trained and experienced? Absolutely, they were an expert! Did this chiropractor explain your treatment method before performing your adjustment? Yes, they explained it in-depth Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? Completely! Does this provider offer flexible appointment times? Absolutely! I never have a problem!

Beware, this Dr. is a scam artist. He will tell you he accepts your insurance, then ask you to come to several appointments a week, for severeral months, before telling you that he does not in fact take your insurance and that you owe him thousands of dollars. He has done this to atleast 4 people that I know and has threatened to sue and ruin each of their credit histories. Find another Chiopractor!

Yes, I've never had to worry about them missing any important information Does this provider maintain a professional appearance? Absolutely! You can tell that he/she really makes an effort to look professional

The worst experience I've had in seeking health treatment is with Dr. Dice. He was RUDE, ARROGANT, and after determining I wouldn't have payment to return for treatments REFUSED to see me. He was argumentative, had no empathy for my condition, and did NOT LISTEN. He repeatedly told me how he had been doing this for 30 years, a sure sign someone does not know what they're doing.
