I've been going to Chiropractic Fitness since a car wreck 7 years ago left me with permanent back damage. I look forward to these appointments every week because they significantly reduce my pain. Dr. Schulman is good about making adjustments to different places as my pain moves around. I've learned that when my spine moves slightly out of place, it presses on nerves and causes pain. The adjustments remove the pressure on nerves, and the stretch exercises help with mobility pain over time.
Dr Craig is very experienced and thorough. Am feeling better. Will highly recommend.
