Are you going to visit this provider again? Without a doubt! Were you able to get answers to simple questions from this provider without scheduling an appointment? Yes Did you experience unnecessary pain during your visit? Not one bit! I felt much better when I left!

I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. Everyone in my community knows that they are the absolute best in the field. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. Is this business handicap-accessible? Yes, it was handicap-accessible Does this provider give unbiased advice? Not really. It felt like they just cared about making money. Is this provider willing to pursue advice from other providers when necessary? Not really, they discouraged any sort of outside advice Was this provider late to your appointments? No, they were on time Were the chiropractor's hands uncomfortably cold during your treatment? No, they were fine

Does this provider treat every client equally? Definitely, they make everyone feel equally respected and cared for Did you experience unnecessary pain during your visit? No Did this chiropractor explain your treatment method before performing your adjustment? Yes, they explained it in-depth Does this provider offer flexible appointment times? Yes Were the chiropractor's hands uncomfortably cold during your treatment? Not at all! I was very comfortable during my entire treatment

The doctor and staff always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. Although I didn't have anything to complain about I know that they always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. They had great spiritual wellbeing literature for your perusal. Dr. Totino holds great conversation while you're relaxing to some stim. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. After your appointment with this chiropractor, were you still skeptical that the treatment would be effective? Yes, I was doubtful that I'd see any improvement Did they follow up with you after your appointment? I had a follow-up appointment, but I scheduled it. Was the waiting area spacious? Yes, extremely spacious Did you feel like this provider's office was understaffed? No, they were fully staffed
