Their messy billing practices cost me out of pocket expenses that they themselves said could have been avoided. You shouldn't have to find out that they could've used a different code after three appointments and getting hit with expensive fees. They also refused to work with insurance by resubmitting with the correct codes. On top of that, they claimed they would use the correct codes if I continued to go to them. No way. Save yourself time and money with a chiropractor that's willing to work with you.

Dr. Scott and team are awesome! My family and I have been going to Dr. Scott for many years and he continues to do wonders for all of us. Dr. Scott is extremely knowledgeable, professional and caring. We moved out of the Vancouver area 10 years ago and gladly drive 51 miles one way to see him!
This is a great group of people and Dr. Scott is a caring professional with great skill and touch, as well as caring for the whole person. I highly recommend them.
