Was disappointed in service and how I was billed.... My insurance states that I have $0 copay for chiropractic care, and only pay coinsurance. When I went to Chiropractic Care, they charged me a $50 copay. I spoke to my insurance company to question this and ask why I was charged a copay. The Insurance Co said I was charged based on how the chiropractor "codes" my visit. The chiropractor coded it as a "Specialist DR visit". I was not at a specialist, I was at a chiropractor.
