Go here! I'm a former wrestler of 23 years with two all-americans. I'm currently a mountain biker, Whitewater kayaker, and distance runner. With Dr. Morgan's practice and guidance in addition to my new workout habits, I've been able to sleep and wake up without pain and fulfill my entire day without pain. So far I'm 5 weeks in starting with two visits a week for the first two weeks and now I'm down to one per week and continuously improving.
