I have been going to Dr. Thompson on and off for a number of years, as well as my grandmother did. Today when I walked in, I wasn’t greeted, none of the employee’s spoke to me. The receptionist saw me sign in, turned her back and continued talking to her fellow employees. I’ve never been so disappointed in my life. I don’t think I’ll be going back.
