I've used Dr. Silvey for about two years and he's kept my neck and back in very good shape for a very fair price. I'm generally in and out in about 10 minutes and get a very thorough adjustment in that time. He's a very nice guy and very personable. The monthly service is a great idea for anyone who needs regular adjustments.
I had used Dr. Silvey years ago in Cookeville. I accidentally found him again and now use him every time I'm in Nashville. Good adjustments. Professional, well educated and he is good about getting you motivated to do some self care at home. Everyone needs a yoga ball and stretch time.
I worked in the Chiropractic Profession for 24 years. Owned a massage practice for 18. When I heard of Chiro Express I was super excited. Dr. Silvey is a fabulous adjuster, very knowledgeable and pleasant. He is priced very reasonable & if you are looking for a quick visit to the chiro this is it. Highly highly recommend!!!!!!!
