My first attempt at a consultation didn't go well. Once I informed the office, they did everything they could to get me back into the office and make sure I was well attended to. I had my consultation on Friday and am going in today to hopefully start treatment. Not only did they show that they really care about their customers, they did everything they could to make up for my first visit. Very happy with the level of service here.
