Rhys & Jeremy are both complete gems. Dr. Mike is also fantastic at what he does! An appointment at Chiro-One looks like: getting an adjustment, doing traction, and then completing my assigned exercises. All of these parts are curated specifically for the areas in my body I need more help in. They also give me at-home exercises that are low-intensity, but keep me on track to improve my musculoskeletal issues. I have had tremendous results with chiro 1 with Dr Mike. He is awesome very patient with you. He has help me with my back i am now standing straighter up and I have improved with the therapy. On November 11 i was in pain and i had therapy that day. I went in and Dr. Mike asked how i was doing I told him i was in pain i walked out of there feeling so much better.
