I've gotten 4 number from my insurance and none of them work including this one.
Simply the worst 3rd party insurance company I've had the displeasure working with. Hopefully you don't have to use them.
THIS IS THE WORST, MOST FRAUDULENT, INCOMPETENT COMPANY I HAVE EVER BEEN ASSOCIATED with, but as a teacher it is all Fresno offers. After I was treated by my Chiropractor they sent the bills to Chiro Matrix. They delayed paying the claims by saying they never received the bills, even after it was electronically confirmed they received it.
