Everyone here is like family. I love Chiro Cleveland. They are very skilled and professional. I felt much better after a few visits.
Horrible customer service. Had to cancel my appointment due to an emergency with my pet and the manager Abby advised me I still had to pay the cancellation fee because they lose money. I offered to show my receipt and I advised I might have to put my down. I never canceled before and have been going for years.....and will not be returning.
