I have had a wonderful experience at Chiro CLE! Dr. Kara Berger has taken the time to fully understand and help treat various issues, even beyond the scope of my primary complaints. After frequent initial visits, my back and neck issues have stabilized and I am finding lasting relief with a once monthly appointment. Dr. Sara is absolutely the best. Made me a believer in chiro. She listens and is thorough and very responsive. She is also friendly, professional, and personable. I absolutely love her! Any pain you have, she will figure it out.
Was at first adamant about making this review but after being charged $225 on 2 sessions just to make my condition worse i believe it is deserved. Especially when im being charged this much to be worked on by what seemed to be the assistant. Was unable to adjust me on my side at all not once, but twice. No dry needling was performed since she was not licensed to apparently. Which is what i really needed. Dr. Sara is the BEST! She loves what she does and does it well! She offers many different treatment options so you’re bound to find something that works. Since seeing her, my back and neck pain has been more manageable and she also has improved my TMJ. Additionally, Dom, an independent massage therapist that works with Dr. Sara is AMAZING! Lastly, but certainly not least, Celia (front desk) is friendly and welcoming. The entire team is awesome and I’m so glad I was referred to Chiro Cle years ago!
