Lung cancer. I semi freaked. My Pcm recommended Dr. Chirichella and I'm glad she did. From day 1 Dr. C set my mind at ease. She explained in detail what to expect and wrote a timeline for each procedure. She explained everything in terms I could relate to, all while drawing on the paper of the examining table. She has a way of making you trust her. Should, God forbid, I get cancer again I'll beat a path to her door.
Dr. Chirichella was kind and best of all, was very good at explaining her role in my care and what my options were. She even drew a decision tree on the paper on the exam table. She was very reassuring and down-to-earth and did not even discuss with me what she thought I should do (for which I was very grateful) since with the information she gave me I felt that I could make my own informed decision. I HIGHLY recommend her.
