The pediatricians at the SV office should read the files of their patients before seeing them for an appointment. Ours apparently never did because she would ask as questions that showed she obviously didn't know his health history. The nurses that measure our son's height do it poorly most of the time or even straight up forget to even when promoted by the pediatrician to do so.

How can I recommend you all if you don’t even answer any of your phones? Douglas office, PCE, SV offices all of these locations phones just ring and when you ask for help no one knows what to do. If you’re gonna do TeleHealth then at least know what you’re doing! I got called for my appointment and the MA had no clue! Ridiculous when they are the ones who called me!
RecommendedFrom the first time I walked into the building, I was treated with kindness, courtesy, consideration, and concern. I have never met better medical people. I have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending CCHCI. To everyone.
Lacking all around. First problem was my husband had dental work done through their services- got told one price. Upon arrival we were told double bc the price we were given only covered part & not the cap he also needed. Second, they claimed to not have my child’s shot records, ever. Had school send them a copy with Chiricahuas stamp on it. (Meaning the school had originally got it from them). Third, I had a appointment that was “covered” under well woman’s. Not. they are fast to get you in. no long waiting. always nice and polite
I would not recommend the SV location to anyone! The office upper management [4 total employees] cornered me in a small room while I had 2 infants with me, unable to close the door [against HIPPA] to discuss a bill with me from a visit 7 months prior [I never received a paper copy for the bill]. Their front desk didn't do their job. They admitted fault & aren't making it right. They are losing a patient. I will be letting the doctor know they have lost a patient due to the incompetence of the front desk & upper management.
First time visit with my seventeen year old today. I was very impressed with everyone from the receptionist through the pharmacy personnel. The facility has a pleasant atmosphere and it is CLEAN. Dr. Abeleda was great! AND my sons medication was about half of what I paid at other pharmacies three years ago! Best overall pediatric visit in Sierra Vista in 17 years. Sliding scale for those without insurance in clinic as well as in pharmacy. 😃
Transferred care of my son to Dr. Patterson and his first time seeing him was today. I was very impressed with the kindness and professionalism of all the staff who helped us. I think this place is a great thing for many residents in our small town. Glad I made the change. I think we’ll be very happy here.
