It is with incredible disappointment that I have to leave a highly negative review because the billing department simply was too lazy to do their job. Our insurance had changed and I supplied them with the new information in advance of an appointment specifically requesting to verify that insurance covered the appointment and to get a quote on the co-pay. After years of finding no help for myself, I went to see ARNP Calandro after Dr. Desai had helped my daughter greatly. This establishment has been a godsend and enabled me to be a better person, husband, and father. I am deeply grateful for the patience, attention, and lack of judgement I received. Plus the front office staff bends over backwards to take care of any patient needs.
Desai's office was recommended to us by a trusted therapist and her opinion is warranted. We have been very impressed by Dr. Santos'caring and his ability to understand our needs and have a strong functioning ability to discern the complicated and sometimes overwhelming array of ADHD medication's out there. Unfortunately, they do not accept either of my health insurances - and just charge full cost with no adjustment - but fortunately that will not prevent our care.

Dr. Desai is a top notch psychiatrist. After a poor experience with a large health system psychiatrist, I called and got on a waiting list for my daughter. Within 2 months I was able to get her scheduled and he immediately made positive changes to her medication. He does an excellent job of explaining everything to both parents and child. Office staff are easy to communicate with.
