I have been to Dr. Patel's office for a broken foot and for a bad hip. I had been in a car accident which eventually necessitated that I have an artificial hip implant, which was performed by another Doctor. Within 6 months of the implant I was still complaining of pain but the original Doctor would offer no explanation other then to return every 6 months. What a nightmare!!! -The staff cannot figure out how to communicate with anyone from themselves to the patient. -No one can provide the right information and they pawn it off on someone else to handle. -I cannot get my medical records for the life of me! -Hospital Policy I injured my ankle on the 4th of July in Marco Island and went to the Regional Hospital. They referred me to Dr. Patel. I was told by Doctor it would take a week or so to get my records on their online portal. I waited and nothing on the portal. I called and... read more
