Insurance person reached out to me first regarding my Medigap insurance policy change and made it easy to text copies of the new card back to her. The front desk person was new to me, and courteous and focused; a nice change from the previous employee who took personal phone calls at the desk which we could all hear in the Waiting Room. Dr. Jhaveri is kind, brilliant, on time, thorough and has a great staff. I love him. I trust him completely with my eyes! The staff are all helpful and nice. I'm glad I found this doctor and staff when I needed them a while back.
