Dr. Padilla is an extremely talented surgeon. I had a previous Oxford partial knee replacement about 10 years ago at another clinic and it was very painful for the last 3 years. I had seen and talked to some of his patients who did remarkable so I consulted him about my knee and he agreed it needed replacing.
