well, brought my dog to get treated for hip dislocation...was never told before procedure the prognosis of procedure actually working , only explained the prognosis after procedure was complete ...1460$ later and procedure didn't work. pretty upset, spent a lot of $$...for really nothing at all. I will not return and do not recommend this clinic. Also, waited over an hour for appointment to begin with , not one staff member apologized for the wait ..just seems like common courtesy to me. just a bummer all around.
This was our vet of choice the first time we lived in the Sault and then again when we moved back 4 years later! Each and every staff member is so kind and they all take care of our Katie-girl so well! I wouldn't go anywhere else!!
The Chippewa Animal Clinic has taken care of several pets of mine and have always made time to see them when they've been really sick. They've saved Colby's life more than once and are not only knowledgeable and skilled, but are very caring and make a follow up call to see how they're doing! Thank you Chippewa Animal Clinic!
I think it's a great place with very knowledgeable people . They have helped. My little puppy many times!!
I had just recently moved to the area when my cat starting getting sick. Chippewa animal clinic got me in to see a vet asap each time I called and each vet I saw was amazing. They where both so kind and understanding. When it was time to say goodbye to my cat, Dr Hall and the staff where beyond amazing. I can't say enough about the care and compassion we received!!!!
