They are very good with my dogs & if I have any problems I just message them & get a fast response even on a Saturday morning when they are closed..

We lost one of our furbabies in September, and had Chippewa Animal Clinic handle his remains for cremation. A few weeks after we got his ashes back, we got a card with handwritten notes from all the staff. It was the first time we'd been there, and I dont think I'll ever go anywhere else.

So...Dr. Knowlton & Dr Hall, just thank you. Not for doing anything miraculous, but just for caring and taking the time to talk to my family/fur babies..giving us the facts, and never pressuring us to make specific decisions. In general a doctor's bedside manner makes/breaks whether I go back. Having had experiences with all veterinary clinics in the Soo, I feel it is important to recognize this location as outstanding when it comes to the care and nurturing of one’s pet. Going through the end of life process with a pet is terribly saddening. The compassion and sincerity the staff at Chippewa Animal Clinic offers softened a tough situation.
