RecommendedEverything, from making the appointment with Becky to seeing Dr. Chippendale, the process was a great one. Dr. Chippendale administered the test on me and then included my wife when she went over the results. She explained everything to us which helped us to make the right hearing aid choice. I look forward to working with her and her staff.

The Dr. was great! Very nice, thorough and informative. Took her time examining me and explaining everything. Very highly recommend! Assistant Becky was great, too. I kept missing their building and had to call her 3X to get help. She was very nice, helpful and PATIENT! Made the experience even better. TEN STARS to both!

the doctor was awesome very professional made me feel very comfortable it was my first ear appointment and I'm 60 years old and I was impressed by how thorough the checkup was. I met the doctor when I took my mom infor a hearing test she could not hear at all. Doc Chippendale did an extensive tests on her and set her up with a great pair of hearing aids and now my 86 year-old mother is back in the world with us and doing very well. it's a very simple test pain free and no one should put it off probably the easiest doctor app... read more
